The FORTUS 380CF additive system is an industrial system for the rapid production of carbon-filled polyamide products and other engineering plastics. It will allow producing parts with high mechanical characteristics for power elements of structures, housings and blocks of devices, frames, tooling. Having produced a functional prototype and carried out the necessary tests, you can also continue the mass production of final products at this installation.

Fortus 380СF grows parts of complex shape much faster than its predecessors, which allows you to significantly save time.

 Fortus 380CF is equipped with two interchangeable extruders, one for coal-filled materials, the second for engineering thermoplastics. Thus, you can use different materials for solving various tasks.

New software GrabCad prepares your STL file for printing on the Fortus system by automatically distributing into layers, forming support structures and material extrusion paths. For maximum control, the user can manually adjust the parameters that determine the appearance, strength and accuracy of the details, as well as the speed and material used in the FDM process.
